Quick Start

This section explains what steps you need to take to start working with Fudov services. We will activate a two‑week trial period, so you can evaluate the benefits of our services using your own data for free.

Step 1. Identify your POS system

Select the POS system you are using:

  • iiko
  • Syrve
  • r_keeper

The next steps depend on this choice.

Step 2. If you are using iiko

  1. Configure Fudov Smart reports according to this guide: Fudov Smart + iiko: how to connect. Then send all required data to our support team:

  2. If you plan to use the Fudov Man courier app, follow this guide: Fudov Man + iiko: how to connect.

    Then send our support team the data needed to connect the courier app. We also provide it free for two weeks, so you can compare it with your current solution.

    Important

    Our Fudov Man / Fudov Courier app does not conflict with other courier apps, so you can use several courier applications in parallel.

  3. If you are interested in our bots (daily summaries, risky operations, lateness control, courier rating, stop lists, open employee shifts, etc.), write to support and we will explain separately how to connect them.

Step 3. If you are using Syrve or r_keeper

  1. Contact Fudov support and specify:

    • which system you use (Syrve or r_keeper);
    • how many locations you have and which Fudov services you want to connect;
    • your contact details.
  2. We will choose a suitable integration scenario and send you connection instructions.

Step 4. Checking that services work correctly

After you send us all required accounts and settings, we will start connecting the services. This usually takes 1–2 days, but we try to complete everything within a few hours. Once the connection is finished, we will send you user accounts to access all connected Fudov services.

Then the two‑week trial period begins. During this period, sign in to your Fudov Smart dashboard and check:

  • that all locations and sales data are loaded correctly;
  • that delivery orders and delivery zones are displayed correctly on the map;
  • that all reports work correctly;
  • that couriers can see orders in the Fudov Man / Fudov Courier app (if connected).

If something does not work as you expect, just contact support — we will fine‑tune the integration together with you.
